The method of system dynamics is used to analyze corporate social responsibility and sustainability of family business in this paper. System archetype is built and the Leverage solution is that an appropriate payback period should be set in family firm, and let the business mode of sustainability as their goal. It is important that to spend for CSR as highlight of strategic investment, which can build good corporate image, upgrade the brand value and enhance competitiveness of sustainability.
