Make sure that the urban logistics system meets the need of each shareholders, an effective appraisal system should be set up. This thesis studies on the comprehensive appraisal system of the urban logistics from the aspect of its economic and social benefits and its own operation and development. Wish the new chosen indicators can provide a specific study path in the urban logistics System.
