Abstract :
As a new technology of RFID, RF-SIM, combining the function of RFID with cell phone, has a broad application prospect. Especially, with the application of this technology on "One Card Solution" in the university, students and teachers will feel more convenient. In addition, the efficient of management related to school affairs will also be higher. The article will illustrate RF-SIM in the following three aspects: basic principle, market, and service in school.
