Abstract :
The coastal wetlands are the geographical characteristics of the island country, and full of Ecotourism resources containing plentiful hydrological condition, biological community, organic substances or microorganisms, water breeding, etc. It is the “supermarket of ecology”. However, under the attraction of interests of economy and the rapid development of tourism industry, it brings the wetlands environment with the severe impact and destruction and thus causes wetlands losing the balance on the natural environment ecosystems. The purpose and contribution of this project is how to propose the optimization strategy of the ecotourism planning within the context of sustainable development on coastal wetlands from the perspective of environmental preservation. For this, a novel hybrid MCDM (Multiple Criteria Decision Making) model proceeds to construct the resources criteria on ecotourism planning of the coastal wetlands under the consideration of natural, ecology, physics, and humanity environment. The method of DEMATEL (Decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory) is utilized to probe into the importance and the causal relations of appraisal factors. After contenting the following ANP (Analytic Network Process), it uses ANP to know the weights of influential criteria. Last, by using the analytic method of performance, it improves the projects to achieve the optimal sustainable development of ecotourism.
