Abstract :
Based on decomposing and estimating the cost of the construction machinery, machinery´s efficiency and the cost are comprehensively analyzed. The cost-effectiveness analysis system and mathematical model is constructed based on those concepts, such as efficiency index, cost index and cost-effectiveness index. The model provides a way for selecting construction machinery in order to gain the maximal benefits.
