In this article, we using 417 copies of peasant household survey data, based on the multiple regression model, analyzed the impact of transaction characteristics and patterns on elastic performance and sales performance of trading. The results show that, seller´s asset specificity in the transaction characteristics has a positive impact on elastic performance and sales performance. Buyer´s asset specificity has little influence on trading performance. Transaction uncertainty has a positive impact on elastic performance, and the trading frequency has a positive impact on sales performance. Market-practice trading patterns make a contribution to elastic performance and sales performance. Explicit contract trading patterns only make a contribution to elastic performance, and vertically integrated trading patterns make little contribution to elastic performance and sales performance. For this situation, we pointed out that, in the trading proess of agricultural resources, trading parties should reduce the transaction costs, increase the organization degree of farmers and the degree of asset specificity, and encourage the use of modern means of exchange.
