This paper analyzes employees´ needs based on different human nature hypothesis, and deduces their turnover intention from Motivator-Hygiene Theory. Employees with Economic Man Hypothesis have no satisfaction in turnover intention, whether to leave job is mainly determined by costs of turnover. Employees with social man hypothesis have partial non-satisfaction and dissatisfaction in turnover intention, whether to leave is determined by organizational commitment. Employees with self-actualizing man hypothesis have dissatisfaction in turnover intention, whether to leave job is mainly determined by job satisfaction.
