Abstract :
This study focuses on the implementation of reward program to current deposit customers of commercial banks, analyzing the differences of transaction behavior between redeemed and unredeemed customers. The result shows that redeemed customers are much more valuable to commercial bank, and reward programs are not always effective. Commercial banks should actively recruit more clients into reward program, moving toward a win-win balance.
