Abstract :
Recent progress on mu-photonic devices in Si photonics are presented. Slowlight in photonic crystal waveguides optimized for optical buffering and signal processing is discussed. A polarization-insensitive mu-AWG based on photonic wire waveguides is also demonstrated.
