The life cycle management research of highway right and benefit transform risk

This paper researches the whole process risk of highway right and benefit transform, based on the life cycle theory. Firstly, it divides the whole process risk into three stages, analyses the full life cycle management features of transform risk. At last, it puts forward the life cycle management model design. In the present climate of reforming the highway operating pattern, researching the whole process risk of highway right and benefit transform, based on the life cycle is of far reaching importance to the sustainable and healthy development of highway industry.
