Abstract
ITU(ITU, 2004) said that in 2000, the market size of ICT industry had occupied 6.4% of the global GDP. And one of its important report showed that ICT industry contribute most to the prosperity of world economy. It also considered that innovation is the key point of ICT industry. While, there are more and more scholars attaching importance to the innovation diffusion model because of its great value to the economy. So many scholars and experts studied about product/service innovation diffusion of ICT companies and had put forward some classical research methods and diffusion models. Different from the former researches, this paper mainly discussed some of the most popular diffusion model´s fitness in different ICT companies.
