After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Urban Rapid Rail Transit is a safe, comfortable, convenient, environment-friendly urban infrastructure system with subsidies from the government. It has been recognized that it can improve the traffic situation of a city as well as help the development of other industries along the rail line. We gathered the datas of 47 residential properties along the NO.1, Hangzhou subway and practise regression analysis based on HPM model with the help of SPSS. Finally we sum up the whole paper and give some research findings.
