  • Abstract
    This paper presents the developing of a simple and low cost communication aid device for the illness deaf-mute people. The device is used as the interpreter between the deaf-mute people and the doctor. The developing is based on the 32 bits microcontroller with the .NET Micro Framework on visual studio C# language. The result from the preliminary field test has shown that the normal people gain understandable the symptom detail of deaf-mute clearly.
