Call for papers

Jointly sponsored by the China Institute of Communications (CIC) and the IEEE Communications Society (IEEE ComSoc) since the year 2013, China Communications, currently, is aiming to gradually realise the transition from journal to magazine content and style. We are now looking for innovative technical papers pertinent to Information and Communications Technologies (ICTs) worldwide. Theoretical research papers presenting new communications theories and techniques, communications systems and networks, the state-of-the-art and practical applications, communications development policies, standards, management, and applied contributions reporting on experiences and experiments are welcome. Best practices and solutions, lessons learnt, and case studies are also welcome. It is suggested that you pay attention to the new requirements underlined in the following author guidelines section, as these items would be a primary factor for your manuscripts to be considered for publication in China Communications.
