Abstract :
A multithreshold model of telecommunication networks with three reliability measures that are based on the network service performance is proposed. These measures are available probability vector, actual performance vector, and grade of service for the network. Along with the algorithms, an approach for evaluating the reliability of telecommunication networks is given. This approach has been used to evaluate the reliability of a local telephone network by computer simulation
