Abstract
Science and Technology Input is strong guarantee for the Science and Technology advancement. Based on the analysis of the conditions of Science and Technology Input in Henan province, by establishing the grey correlation analysis model, the relationship of the science and technology input and the economic development in Henan Province is studied empiricaly. The result shows that a positive relationship exists between the science and technology Input and the economic development in Henan Province, what´s more, the government input plays a more important role in economic development. Therefore, some advise is proposed including exerting the leading role of government finance for science and technology Input, improving its efficiency, enlarging the science and technology financing channels, attracting strategy investors and risk investors, innovating the credit kinds for science and technology funds demand, and completing the introducton and inspiritation system of hunan resource.
