Abstract :
As most vital organs of human being, eyes are generally acknowledged as the first medium for humans to recognize and perceive the world. Crystalline lens, the crucial component of human eyes, functions as the automatic focusing system of camera, enabling a real-time accommodation of adaptability of human eyes in observing this dynamic world. Along with the development of the medical science and engineering technology, the adoption of the mathematic, physic and digital means in the simulation of the eye structure has become a device of extreme significance. This paper introduces a method that estimates the geometrical size of human crystalline lens in experiments, and the geometrical modeling of human crystalline lens is finally constructed through ellipse curve fitting fulfilled by MATLAB programming and result analyses of the related experiments based on the fitting outcomes.
