Abstract
This paper presents a new technique to calibrate the output match and its center frequency for an inductively degenerated CMOS low noise amplifier that operates at 2.45 GHz center frequency. This technique allows the compensation of any output match center frequency shift and corrects any change of the LNA output match quality. This technique is investigated theoretically and by simulation. The impact of these parameters tuning in the others performances of the LNA is studied.
