The article explains the important influence of technology innovation on the development of circular economy, analyzes the requirement for ecological technology innovation under the conditions of circular economy, and points out that reducing discipline should be put in the first place when carrying out technology innovation under the conditions of circular economy. Meanwhile, the establishment of green technical supporting system should base on technological cooperation in the social system. The conclusion has been arrived that industry upgrading and radical changes of economic growth mode can be achieved under the guidance of ecological thoughts, through the research and application of environment-friendly technology. The realization of transformation from “end-treatment” to the whole production process control is also necessary.
