Abstract

This paper discusses component and application of supply-chain management software for e-services. Firstly, the paper shows three components of SCM, and analyzes the two SCM systems: push-based supply chain and pull-based supply chain. Secondly, it presents the architecture of supply chain system, which includes three parts: enterprise resources planning, warehouse management system, transportation management system. Thirdly, the paper argues the components of SCM software. Finally, the paper demonstrates application of SCM software, and advocates the future trends
