Abstract :
Oil content is one of the important parameters of quality control in oilseeds. How to realize the simultaneous determination of oil content has come to professional´s attention. In this work, the feasibility of solving this problem by Pulsed Nuclear Magnetic Resonance is proved, with the help of Bloch Equation in NMR theory. Based on the feasible demonstration, the new system is designed for simultaneous determination of oil content. Then sesame samples are measured by it, and the correlation coefficient between the results of the Soxhlet Extraction Method and Pulsed NMR is 0.9763. Furthermore, measurement by Pulsed NMR is simple and convenient. The conclusion provided important reference to explore new method which is used to simultaneously determinate oil content in oilseeds.
