Abstract :
Fast transient response is the most important requirement of the voltage regulator modules (VRMs). This paper presents a new control scheme for multiphase buck converter circuits used in VRMs. This control scheme has fast dynamic response and better load rejection characteristics compared to the conventional control scheme of interleaved VRMs. The simulation results show improvement in the transient performance
