After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Food safety has become the most important problems in China. The reason of food safety regulation is information asymmetry. This paper made use of the games theory to analyze the trade in food market. Then it discussed the factor which affect food safety, and proposed the countermeasures to improve food safety regulation in China.
