Abstract :
The paper is predicated upon the premise of the sound business case for the implementation of an integrated organisational Asset Management approach. Through examination of research and case studies the paper seeks to quantify the benefits of such an approach and suggest methodologies for establishing baselines in order that organisations can determine their own benefits.
