Abstract :
In this paper, by scanning barcode tag, the SKUs (stock keeping units) of the EMUs (Electric Multiple Units) important parts in warehouse-out and in management, transfer, cancelling stocks and Recycling etc have been considered and realization. In this way, the level and efficiency of parts management have been greatly enhanced across the entire high-speed train section. Meanwhile, the information collection of EMUs important parts in many key business-link, such as replacement, self-repair, out-repair and scrap has been supported to comprehensively grasp the production and circulation process of EMUs important parts. Finally, the lifecycle management of the important parts has been reached, the quality of the important parts has been effectively ensured and the safety of entire railway administrations can be ensured.
