  • Abstract
    With the improvement of people´s living standards in China, more and more attention has been paid to the performance of residential buildings. Based on information push technology, this paper studied an information system of performance assessment for residential buildings, which aims for providing every individual involved in the assessment work with active, timely, accurate and personalized information, and for realizing automation of the online assessment processes. First, the information push definition, types and characteristics are introduced. Then this paper analyzes how to apply the information push technology in the performance assessment for residential buildings in four aspects, including object, content, time and type of information push. Finally a design of the online assessment information system based on information push technology is put forward.
