A synthesized theory model which describes the relationships between specific asset investment, supply chain collaboration trust, and cooperation intention is proposed. Forty three supply chain companies with different scales in different fields are chosen to be the objects of experimental research and a sample data of 318 actual members is finally collected. Factor analysis and structural equation modeling are implemented to validate the hypothesized relationship between specific asset investment, supply chain collaboration trust, and cooperation intention hypothesized in model. The result shows that partner´s perceived specific asset investment has positive effect on credibility and cooperation intention, respondent´s perceived specific asset investment has negative effect on credibility and cooperation intention, credibility and benevolence both has positive effect on cooperation intention.
