Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
With the emergence of third-party payment platform and the establishment of credit evaluation system, "Barter" transactions between consumers have got growing popularity and Interest. A variety of factors promote the methods of modern network barter, such as consumer demand for the product, a large number of unused items, the diversification of means of communication, and changes in consumer attitudes, etc. People which carry out network barter has significant groups feature, the network barter arising security, regional restrictions and other problems which should be solved in order to promote barter play positive role in the consuming field.
