Financing difficulty for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) is all too common, so countries around the world plan to set up credit guarantee system to facilitate the development of SMEs. In the traditional economy, due to insufficient information, SMEs did not have report forms, or even if they had any, they were not standard. So it was hard for bank to get to know the true facts about SMEs, and banks´ investigation about SEMs is expensive and risky. In an era of Internet economy, thanks to the e-commerce platform, a bank now enjoy the SMEs´ integrity record, and turns them into the commercial credit that is recognized by the banks through the establishment of e-commerce integrity system, it can provide the financing platform to solve the problem of asymmetric information. The core of Ali-Loan in this thesis means the joint guarantee mode of credit between Alibaba and commercial banks, which is specially designed to provide loans to SMEs with no collateral and guarantee.
