Abstract :
Domain Name is a scarcity finite resource and is the base for internet business operation well. Enterprises could build websites to expand its value chain through register domain names. But the phenomenon of improper competition frequently occurred because of many companies domain name has been Cyber-squatting, so brought very large negative impact to the function of market reputation mechanisms. This thesis analyzing the many problems of improper domain management used reputation model, demonstrated and discusses the problems in the domain management how to impact the corporate reputation, and that provides a theoretical reference for motivating enterprises to formulate their perfect domain name management strategies and systems. Finally give some suggestions to the domain name management.
