The environmental problems Yangtze River Delta area is still serious presently; ecological cooperation governance is a necessary selection for achieving regional ocean management; effective government cooperation is an effective approach for achieving ecological cooperation governance in Yangtze River Delta area; governments in Yangtze River Delta area shall achieve the effectiveness of ecological cooperation governance by adopting creative ideas, improving the structure of corporation organization, enhancing the evaluation mechanism of corporation inspection, constructing regional laws and regulations system and establishing the joint protection of the marine environment and ecological compensation mechanism.
