Abstract
with the use of "career women Fitness Motivation Scale, " "Subjective Well-Being Scale" , author checked career women\´s fitness test the motives and subjective well-being, and tested their body compositions. The results showed that: motivation of Occupational women participating in fitness is mainly for exercise to physical needs, the esthetic needs and the psychological adjustment of a demand-led, the of trend their psychological need is strengthening. It is difficult to find a obvious effect among different sports and exercises after years of fitness training to improve body composition, suggesting that the design of study on the effects of physical exercise should be based on science and health guidance, and take Continuious study of before and after exercise as the dominant ideology.
