Abstract :
In order to enhance Taiwan´s overall quality and ensure the long-term care sustainability of elderly nursing services, Social Affairs of Department of Interior hopes elderly care related organizations in assessment, including six major quality indicators for monitoring data for monitoring and evaluating elderly welfare organizations and sustainable development necessity, and complexity. However, the majority of small and medium sized Elderly welfare organizations are more people manual working or scattered into different digital file formats, resulting heavier burden on staff and a large amount of paper consumption, difficulty of conducting data integration, difficulty to control a data precision, data inconsistency, and low efficient data access and data statistics. Therefore, this study is based on a private establishment of long-term care centers at Nantou as the main development target. Database network technology is used to construct quality monitoring data management system, which integrates RFID with ZigBee wireless technology in the weight measurement module to strengthen the work efficiency of the nursing staff and data management efficiency, and reduces workload arising from collecting data with quality monitoring information and possible error. Further, it provides a variety of different degrees of statistical data quality monitoring so that managers can continue to improve care centers and service strategy.
