Abstract :
Development of compact generators for terahertz frequency range represents a very attractive proposition. In this paper, we present a tunable, periodically modulated light source suitable for applications in optoelectronic terahertz oscillators. The source is based on a grating-coupled surface-emitting diode laser (GCSEL).
