Abstract
This paper contributes a framework for project reviews. The emphasis of this paper is on how to increase the learning that occurs within project reviews. Typical projects view learning as a "lesson learned" session at the end of the project. We explore the organizational learning and project review literature to develop an integrated framework. Finding from working NASA and the Launch Services Program are used to demonstrate the framework. A project manager can use this paper to better understand project reviews.
