Abstract
The networked manufacturing mode oriented customer aims to meet customer´s individual demands. The research contains two parts, the first is NMS (networked manufacturing system) and the second part is CSI (customer satisfaction index) evaluation. The NMS has three-tier architecture: Customer Server-Web Server-Logic Server. It is developed under the mode of MVC (model-view-control), and techniques such as Javascript, JSP, SQL server 2000 are used. The NMS realizes two functions which are customization and cooperative design. The research also focuses on the evaluation of CSI (customer satisfaction index) and uses the method of mixed multi-dimensional decision-making evaluation based on TOPSIS to analyze the customer. The method classifies different types of evaluation indexes such as exact type, interval type and fuzzy type. It is proper and scientific for evaluating CSI.
