Abstract :
This paper mainly introduces the design of the electric arc furnace hardware simulation system, and it also presents the hardware simulation system diagram, this system is mainly providing an experimental platform for electric arc furnace electrode control system of the proposed nonlinear control algorithm, in the experimental system TMS320F2812DSP as the core controller, and the software is the feedback linearization algorithm. We derived the feedback linearization control law, the software flow chart and feedback linearization algorithm flow chart was given.
