Abstract :
For natural water pollution, a new method of water quality evaluation based on potential of indicators is presented. Potential of an indicator is defined, and its graph is developed. The total area of all the potential graphs is used to evaluate level of water quality. The method is adapted to evaluate the level of water quality of D river in typical network area. The simulation results verify validity of the method, and they are more credible.
