Abstract :
Development of trans-paraboloid reflector antenna has been presented. Trans-reflector, twist reflector have been developed as the basic part of the overall antenna. Math-CAD softwares have been developed for design and optimization of trans-reflector and twist reflector. Performance of the feed horn has been optimized using FEM based commercial software HFSS. Engineering prototype of the overall antenna has been fabricated and performance measured. Simulation and measured results are also presented.
