Abstract
In this work, we design and implement encapsulated HL7 standard EHR with video conferencing trigger for a physiological monitoring system on mobile device platform. According to the monitored physiological data, the proposed system would automatically enable mobile video conferencing function to promote telemedicine emergent care.
