Abstract :
This paper considers the problem of mean square exponential stability of neutral stochastic neural networks with time delays and parameter uncertainties. Delay-dependent conditions are derived and are expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities. An example is provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed conditions.
