Abstract :
This paper analyses the average annual major pollutants concentration and evaluates the atmospheric environment quality of Xi´an from 2001 to 2009 by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and the results show that: (1)in Xi´an the atmospheric environment quality is poor in 2001, 2002 and 2004, but after 2004 the atmospheric environment quality remained good, which can suggest the effect of atmospheric environmental pollution control is remarkable, and the quality of atmospheric environment is obviously improved. (2) PM10 is the major atmospheric environment pollutant, and the concentration of SO2 and NO2 is capricious. In order to improve the atmospheric environment, it is suggested that continuing to adjust the industrial structure, and control the development of the high pollution and high energy-consuming industries, speeding up clean energy industry development of geothermal and solar energies, and strengthening ecological green construction of the city and its surrounding.
