  • Abstract
    Smart microfluidic-DNA sensor with the signal processing circuit for electrochemical analysis is fabricated successfully. The proposed sensors are integrated electrochemical sensing electrode, microfluidic channel type reactor and operational amplifiers for an electrochemical measurement. Microfluidic type reactors were used with a laminar flow principle. Generally a relatively large and expensive system is necessary for electrochemical measurement. In the proposed smart chip, signal processing circuits to measure a cyclic-voltammograms characteristics were integrated, and the cyclic-voltammograms were successively measured by only two simple electric power sources.
