Abstract :
A direct torque controlled (DTC) permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive system of azimuth fire-control system of a tank is researched in this paper. According to the rule that stator resistance varies when temperature changes, a predictive method of the stator resistance of PMSM which is suitable for temperature variation to guarantee the estimation accuracy of stator flux linkage is proposed. And the gain of the PI regulator for speed control is regulated according to the ambient temperature. A high-power direct torque control drive system that could adapt to changeable ambient temperature is achieved when these methods are used. The simulation and experimental results of direct torque controlled drive system indicate that this method can exactly predict the stator resistance and flux linkage. With distinctive features such as rapid torque response and excellent adaptability to the environment, these methods can satisfy the need of the azimuth fire-control system.
