Abstract :
In this paper, the hardware and software architecture of excitation system test device were introduced. In the signal conditioning circuit, the Hall effect transducers and isolation amplifier were used to convert and isolate the relevant signals to accord with the DAQ (data acquisition) USB-6259. LabVIEW was used to create the test software. The device was proved to be an ideal instrument for excitation system testing.
