  • Abstract
The terminal-guidance shell is a shell which can be launched by the conventional cannon, but precisely guided during the terminal part of the trajectory. It can attack the static or moving slowly target accurately in the intermediate range and long range. It attacks the target on the top with big fall angle. It has the characters as launched frequently, high initial speed, continuous emission, used flexibly, repair easily as the common shell, also has the characters the common shell doesn´t have , such as high accuracy and great power. However, its trajectory characters become complex, so it is a hard task to research its ballistics and motion rules. Typical characteristic of a certain terminal-guidance shell is: not-control shell´s rotating velocity and keeping certain but not-unchangeable rotating velocity. It is mainly discussed in this article.
