Abstract :
The IP multicast provides an efficient means to transmit data to multiple parties for real-time video broadcast. The efficacy of video multicast over IP depends critically upon its QoS (quality of service) and scalability. The key challenge in the design of video multicast schemes lies in dynamic video multicast control. We explore the logic topology structure inference of a video multicast group only by information at the end hosts. By noting the relations of shared loss across the receiver set, we can determine the underlying video multicast tree topology. In our simulation, we test the scheme algorithm in different conditions and compare the performance of the two different fashions of the scheme algorithm. The result shows that the algorithm is simple and robust with high correct inference probability
