Abstract :
This paper presents a new method of load frequency control to decreasing regulating capacity. The proposal of the technique is to lighten the tolerance of the frequency fluctuation at the regulating capacity. Then, the decreased level (the regulating decreased level) is added to regulating power plant. And the regulating capacity is made to decrease. It is applied in a 3-area longitudinal system model, and the effect is examined
