Abstract
An iterative technique for designing digital complex FIR filters, based on the method of projections onto convex set (POCS) is presented. The proposed approach extends the POCS-based hitherto used technique to the general case where both the amplitude response and the phase response can be arbitrarily specified and where the convergence of the process of iterations to the minimax solution is controlled
