Abstract :
A digital programmable BiCMOS continuous-time filter based on OTA-C is presented. First, we propose a design for digitally programmable OTA, and then we use the proposed design for design of a digital programmable filter. All the parameters of the filter (center frequency (W0), selectivity (Q), bandwidth (BW), and gain (G)) are digitally programmed. The performance of the filter is confirmed through the PSPICE program using the transistor model of 0.8 μm BiCMOS technology. The voltage supply is ±2.5 V
